Are there any utilities included?
Unfortunately no. There is a separate monthly fee for water, sewer and trash. Heat and electricity are billed separately directly to the resident. Lawn care and snow removal are included.
Are there any renovations being done?
Yes
Do you allow pets?
Yes - We have a liberal pet policy. No breed or size restrictions.
